1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when scheduling a strategy call or requesting a free Shopify growth audit. This includes your name, business email, store URL, and current monthly transaction volumes. Additionally, once you consent via our cookie banner, we use standard analytics trackers (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) to monitor website navigation metrics, and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API to measure ad campaign performance.
2. How We Use Your Data
Any personal or business data you share with StoresForge is used strictly to prepare optimization reports, schedule consultations, execute custom development tasks, or dispatch periodic email updates regarding e-commerce optimization. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. If you've consented to marketing cookies, a cryptographically hashed version of your email/phone (never the plain-text value) may be shared with Meta solely to measure and improve the performance of our own ad campaigns — this is ad measurement, not a data sale, and you can opt out any time via Cookie Settings.
3. Protection of Credentials & Keys
We employ strict security policies to protect client accounts. All Shopify collaborator codes, database API credentials, server access keys, and GitHub repositories are stored in secure password vaults and restricted to authorized developers on a need-to-know basis.
4. Cookies & Trackers
Our website uses basic cookies to remember preference settings (such as dark mode defaults or navigation states) and to supply localized translation elements, plus optional analytics and marketing cookies described in full — including how to opt in or out of each category — on our Cookie Settings page.
